First of all, yes, I did wait about 6 weeks for an appointment. But, I figured, logically speaking, I would have to wait as at $99 there was going to be a wait. Imagine adding that many (approx. 2600) new clients to your existing client list. It is ridiculous to think you would get in right away. \r \r I never had trouble getting through to the receptionist, or anyone else for that matter. I read all of the reviews before I went for my first laser hair removal appointment. Given that there were far more 5 stars than 1 star, I decided to go. I wish I could give 10 stars. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, accommodating, respectful of my privacy and more importanly, professional. AND, I did not feel I got secondary care or treatment just because I used the $99 Groupon. They answered all of my questions to my satisfaction and walked me through the procedure. They explained aftercare again even though I had already received the information. \r \r I asked about other procedures they offer. The esthetician explained everything in detail. There was no ""up-selling"" ... no pushing to buy anything at all, ever. They just let me know that they were there and if I had any additional questions to feel free to call them at anytime. And I did. By the way, I did ask about the new trainees. Well, duh, I said to myself after they explained that with that many new clients, they had to hire new people. These are already trained and educated estheticians but they get additional training in the way Emerge does it. A smart move, I think. \r \r I was not sure which additional procedure I wanted so I did make some additional phone calls. I got response either immediately or within an hour. I am SO pleased I even made an additional appointment for another treatment. So, all in all, yes, I will go again. And it is a long drive for me, about 45 minutes one way, and worth it, traffic and all. By the way, I have had other treatments at other facilities so I know what I am talking about.
