Review content:
I wish I could give them 0 stars. I have now been to this place four times for alterations - and two of the four times they carelessly messed up whatever they were working on, and then very rudely denied responsibility and tried to blame it on me. The first time, they were fixing a broken zipper on a pair of pants and they used dark orange thread instead of white, which was what the pants originally had, so all of their repair work stood out like a sore thumb, with such a different and random color thread, it looked rediculous. I can't beleive they couldn't even match white thread. Clearly they just didnt care. The second time, I brought in a brand new pair of jeans I had just bought at Nordstrom for over $200, and they ripped the stitching out of a part of the jeans they weren't even working on! It was on the main logo emblem onthe back pocket which was a different color, so it was very noticeable. I looked over the jeans very carefully when I bought them and before I brought them in to have them worked on, and that was DEFINITELY not there. I am very particular before I buy anything, and I know it was not there. When I went to pick up my jeans, I noticed it immediately and showed it to them, and they denied that it was them, and each of them said I must have done it and not noticed before even though I had never worn the jeans, and they rudely began complaining about me to eachother right in front of me! They were EXTREMELY unprofessional, very rude, and very careless in their job. I could do a better job myself, I have a sewing machine, and from now on I will.
