Review content:
We were treated very well in the store when our family bought 3 mid-grade appliances. This is where the customer service ended. The wrong appliances were delivered, after several phone calls and 3 weeks, we finally received our products, but one was damaged. This occurred 3 months ago. Currently we have called several managers, store personnel, repair companies, etc. I would estimate about 50-80 phone calls have been made total, with no response from appliance world. We were treated extremely rudely at delivery and have been promised several times that our appliance will be repaired. Every person we've talked to has made promises of calling us back or contacting the repair company. We are still waiting for the repair to be completed. I have never been treated so poorly by any company and I would strongly discourage anyone to shop there. I will never again buy anything from appliance world.
