Review content:
I found Andrew James salon on CitySearch and decided to try it out based on the great reviews. I've been going there for almost two years now, and I love it. Everyone who works there is so nice and welcoming - not pretentious at all. When you walk in, they'll offer you a drink (they have a menu of drinks, including coffee, tea, wine, etc. and it's all free). When I walked in last time with that completely stressed, post-workday dazed look in my eyes, the first thing Heather said was, ""You look stressed. Do you need a glass of wine?"" It could not have been a more perfect greeting. After half a glass of red wine and some munchies, I was a new person.\r \r I have had my hair cut by three different people there. Normally, that would scare me - I tend to stick to what and who I know. But I have loved it every time, so I have gotten far more comfortable with having my hair cut by whoever is available. They will give you a list of recommended Eufora products when you are finished with your cut... some people don't like that, but they aren't pushy about it and most of the time I don't buy anything. \r \r Basically, I love this place. They do a great job with my ""mind-of-its-own"" curly hair, and despite the fact that I get a basic cut with no color and I rarely buy products, they make me feel like I'm their most important client. Pros: the fantastic service
