I was in Milwaukee for a convection and had dinner at the Packing House on Saturday 5/2. I left my sunglasses at the table and called the next morning to see if they had been turned in. These were 150.00 pair of sunglasses. I was told that nothing was turned in so I asked if it was possible that an employee had not turned them in yet. The woman said a cleaning crew had cleaned and then she hung up on me.
Tables are bussed immediately after a meal. I believe one of the wait staff stole the sunglasses. When I tried to inquire about them and was hung up on I couldn’t believe it. I will never eat there again and cannot recommend the restaurant to anyone. They are not honest or helpful.
