Review content:
When my wife and I were in Newport for a meeting, our car blew a transmission. Shattuck Motors was the only dealership we found that had any cars in our price range. Being 1000 miles from home made us feel very vulnerable, but rather than take advantage of us, they did everything possible to help us find a car that would not only get us home, but would be comfortable and would last (as well as be affordable). They worked devotedly with our bank over the phone, and could not have been more concerned about our predicament. We got the best deal that we have ever made on a nice car. They truly went beyond the call of duty. My only regret is that we probably won't be close to Shattuck when it is time to trade again ! Thanks again, fellas !
