Did I miss the management change at this formerly legendary Austin spot???
While I love ARARAT's food, atmosphere, and MOST of the waitstaff, tonight our waitress almost ruined a special evening with a large group of friends. We were told in a quite condescending tone that we were required to spend a certain dollar amount per seated person (no problem, was our collective response). Yet at every contact, our waitress was rude, impatient, and disrepectful to her customers. I won't name names, but will let the owners know tomorrow that I before I return to their restaurant that I'll call to make certain a certain waitress isn't working.
