As previous reviewers have stated this place will Rape you when moving out. They will change the terms of your contract when renewing and not tell you, they will make up fee's (lease initiation fee), they will charge you property tax (which is illegal because you don't OWN the place), they will ignore maintenance requests and then say they never received them, they will ignore your phone calls, and even if you're the best tenant in the world they will treat you like you are the worst.
I have never ever been late on rent, I have never had a single complaint against me and I'm respectful of my neighbors but that doesn't count for anything at this place. They raise my rent every year no matter what simply because they can. And if you run into any financial problems (like getting laid off) good luck trying to work something out with them. I blew threw all my savings trying to stay at this place until my lease was up, because I thought it was the right thing to do but I was a week late getting my notice to them and now they are charging me for an entire month that I won't be living there. Including water, sewer and trash. I've tried to contact the property manager and she won't return my calls. I can't emphasize this enough, DO NOT RENT HERE!!! I've rented since is was 17 and this seriously is the worst managed, unprofessional apartment complex I've ever dealt with.
