Most expensive builder in the city and worth every penny. We bought a Roberto Kennigstein (Image-homes) after looking at all the top builders. We spoke to numerous real estate agents who showed us their listings. They all RAVED about Roberto's homes even though they weren't selling them. We continuously heard how ""amazing"" his homes are. Now that we live in one, we are even more impressed. We have lived in several custom homes in several cities. Our list of items to repair was about 9. Our last, very nice, custom home had about 85! The only reason Image doesn't get a perfect 10 from me is because resolving that short list of nine minor issues has taken a year, mostly due to one employee and what I assume must be a problem with organization on that employees part. I must say that the person is likeable and has a very pleasant personality so it's a little difficult to get angry at the one shortcoming, but it has been frustrating. Overall, we are very satisfied and would highly recomend this builder. Oh yeah, he is known for raising his prices. Ours went up 200k in the months we watched it being built. Buy early before the price goes up! We heard this from numerous people and have experienced it. He isn't known for negotiating.
Pros: Beauty, design, QUALITY!
Cons: Length of time to repair issues.
