We reserved our houses over 4 months in advance. 6 weeks before our vacation start date they called to tell us one of the houses had plumbing problems and it was basically up to us to find something else. They were not helpful at all, nor did they offer us a comparable property, as stated in our rental agreement. They even wanted to keep our reservation fee, but decided to refund it after we pointed out that we had done nothing wrong and would seek legal advise if they didn't refund it. I was promised a callback from a supervisor to discuss my concerns and NEVER got one. We have been doing business for over 16 years with this realtor and have made numerous referrals during this time; but from now on I will go thru VRBO or Castaways and deal directly with the property owners. SandNSea has been removed from my ""favorites"" once and for all.
