Review content:
After years with this company our HOA went with Associa (national chain but here in Austin). They are pretty good so far...but then again anything is better than pioneer. We discovered evidence of years of negligence and mismanagement on their part. We have heard so many similar complaints about pioneer that we decided to warn others not to use this company, and why. If you have had a similar experience, we would like to hear from you. If you are currently a pioneer customer, please let us warn you about our experience so it doesn't happen to you, too. Please contact us through associa. (You can let them know you are calling about the pioneer complaint. We asked our manger to let us know about others who have had similar problems so we can compare notes.)
