I use to come here only when I had friends from out of state just so I could show them that we actually have brew pubs in Utah. But interestingly enough, over the years the food's gotten much better and the menu has expanded. I use to frequent Redrock for better food, but that is clearly not the case now. The Buffalo Burger is awesome, as are the fish tacos. There are a plethora of superb specials and there is a beer for just about every beer lover's palette. In a phrase, I am very impressed with the improvements made at Squatter's.
Pros: creative dishes, darker beers
