C & H Auto Repair is competent in its service department, trustworthy, and has a very professional staff. They listen to me and try to understand my point of view, whether I got it right or not. They are tactful in their responses to my comments. None of the personnel, whether the front counter, management, or mechanics ever have negative comments or upside down faces. They really call it like it is.
We have been using them for 18 years. Between my wife, children, and I, C & H Auto Repair has serviced 11 vehicles. We have older vehicles, 1988 is the oldest, and they all have a lot of mileage. In all the years we have been going, maybe one thing has gone wrong with a repair, but I can't even remember. There hasn't been any returns, and if there was a return it was because a surprise cropped up, not because of the repair.
