Review content:
Owner is rude and argumentative. I never received the promised email telling me when to pick up my son's rental gear; instead, I called and was to come in any time this week. Went in on Black Friday and the owner told me she needed the sales and couldn't fit my son. She blamed me for giving them the wrong email address and then proceeded to tell me that her assistant never told me to come in during this time. Will never do business here again.
