They do not do business in a professional manner, they do not treat consumers with any respect, they are very rude when they speak to you and do not care to negotiate a reasonable outcome to benefit themselves or thier clients. Audits & Adjustments needs to practice what they preach. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS!
