AFFORDABLE! I have been to a few other mall ceramic shops and they do not compare to the service, and knowledge of the owners/staff and E. G. & Fire. Several years ago I noticed this place while on a walk downtown Vancouver. There is such a variety of greenware to choose from. My daughter loves to go. When the pieces have been fired and we go to pick them up she is so proud of her creations. Many have made it to the china cabinet for display. If you have never tried this before and are ner vous about it - don't be, the staff is willing to offer advice and helpful hints on color, technique and so on. Most likely you will spend less money here than taking the family to a movie. An opportunity to see what they are interested in and bring out their artistic side. Pros: Variety, service - and very relaxing Cons: They fire the pieces over the weekend, so you don't take it home right away
