The WORST, MOST UNCOOPERATIVE apartment complex I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. There are ROACHES in the apartments, accompanied by other BUGS. My neighbor actually moved out because the problem was so bad, and she did not receive the proper help she had asked them for. There is TERRIBLE maintenance response, practically nonexistent. Not to mention the general condition of the apartments is barely passable at that. AND dont count on getting your deposit back in ANY sort of timely fashion, or even by the deadline specified on leasing terms. They will do everything in their power to take as much of YOUR money as possible. I paid my rent on time EVERY MONTH, NEVER got a complaint, left the apartment in PRISTINE condition aside from a clothes iron shaped mark in the carpet which I was charged over $400 to repair, after being told it was an $85 patch job by their representative. I've been treated with nothing but rudeness and a complete indesire to cooperate with THEIR OWN terms. If you move here, have a lawyer on hand and take pictures of EVERYTHING, trust me, you'll need it.
