My first experience was great! Great salon, happy people. I only wish I had selected a different stylist to do my hair, as the first time was perfect. Then we had problems, and the individual took no responsibility, after cutting my long front bangs with a razor. I now have to wait for months as it keeps breaking, and I am very saddened.\r

After returning various times to have a myriad of problems fixed, I wished i had gone to one of the other stylists as I watched them listen to their clients and give great results. I do not want to be rude and mention the persons name, but if you choose one of the stylists that 'work' there independently/as an employee, you can't go wrong. A friend had the same problems, and we wish we could go back and choose one of the others. It is a great salon though.
