I have taken my Volvo to Swedish Automotive on and off over the last 3 years. Most recently, I had a wheel come off my car while I was driving. It had nothing to do with Swedish Automotive because it was put on by somebody else, but I called them up for help. When it happened I was probably 3 blocks away from their facility, so the reception guy just came down, jacked my car up, helped me retrieve the wheel, and limp back to the facility. The wheel itself was unusable, so they had to repair that and do a bunch of other things around the brake on that side. The way they were in customer service was just extraordinary! I thought they were very good, and though I had known they were good before, the fellow who helped me went way out of the way to help me, especially with a wheel rolling down the street. As long as I have a Volvo, I will continue to go there.
