I can't imagine being more satisfied with the work that Swedish Automotive has done and the way they treated me as a customer. I have have spent over $15,000 on a car worth $1,500. I have come away from the experience feeling that I did exactly what I wanted to do. They support you all of the way.
They warned and gave advice so I could make my own decision, which I did, and I couldn't be happier about the outcome. So there you have it. They even called me at the end of the work to make sure I remembered to check in with my insurance company, because if the car was totaled, I wouldn't get to recover what they put into it. I can't imagine a better group of people to work with.
Their customer service engenders trust, confidence, and it is absolutely intuitive. They were able to sense where I was coming from and able to do some over-the-top things that most people could get bounced by. They were very careful and deliberate. I never thought they would come up short. I would recommend them to anyone without qualification. Their customer style and ability to handle customers is totally honest and open-handed, not contrived. They're fabulous.
