Review content:
Russ Hill charged me for an extended warranty on a new heat pump that he installed based on Puget Sound Energy's recommendation. Less than a year later Mr. Hill came back and charged me again for an extended warranty saying that the original company he purchased it from went out of business. Then we had a problem with our new system and he told us that I had to pay him for the repairs and try to get reimbursed from the Company he bought the second warranty from. It was my opinion that since he made the initial install and took my money and bought both of the warranties, that he should make the repair and submit the claim himself. He refused. I will never use him again for any reason and I highly recommend that everyone else avoid him and his Company as it will save you a problems and possibly significant unnecessary expense in the future.
