I went in there last week and bought two guinea pigs.Yesterday I had to take them to the vet for an upper respiratory infection.This morning I went to buy more feed,and it was appallingly muggy and smelly in there! No wonder the guineas had lung infections! I also took a look at their rat cages and some of the poor things had bald patches! They do not treat their animals very well and it's practically abuse! Do not give your money to these people...you'll only be supporting animal cruelty.I'm shocked and disgusted. Just because they're rodents doesn't mean they don't deserve a nice healthy life!
The service today was awful as well. The man who checked me out (I'm assuming the owner.Fat,bald,grubby) was not friendly. When I got my guinea pigs a very nice young man showed a lot of enthusiasm and cheer,he needs to work elsewhere and get more money for his fantastic demeanor.
