This place has really decent food but my most recent experience included the rudest waitress I've ever had to deal with in a restaurant. We asked to be seated in non-smoking but were seated in smoking. When we realized this, we told our waitress we didn't want to sit near smoke. She replied ""Oh well, we usually don't have that many smokers."" and walked off. Once everyone in our surrounding booths lit up, we asked our waitress again to allow us move because the smoke bothered us. She just said ""I'm sorry"" and walked off again. We finally told her we were moving and she became really rude. Once we had gotten seated in the non-smoking section, she came over to our table and stated ""Just for your future reference, we don't ask during lunch service for smoking preference."" A member of my party told her quietly that it was ok because we wouldn't be coming back. The waitress then yelled at us that we didn't have any right to treat her this way and she didn't appreciate it. We asked this girl at least twice to move us and she wouldn't it. That's not service to me. I attempted to complain to the manager but she also didn't seem to care at all at the way we had been treated. We (my party and me) are never going to eat there again. The food is good but not THAT good to be worth such a fiasco. If any member of my party (all 3 of us) had been rude at any point, I wouldn't write this, but we were calm the entire time and just wanted to be away from all the smoke. I recommend Sonny's for BBQ and Teddy's for other great cuisines in the Mooresville area.
Pros: Good BBQ, OK burgers, GREAT fries
Cons: Rude waitress and an apathetic manager
