We have frequented this store many times over the past year , but over the past 4 months, the customer service has gotten so bad that we will never spend our money here again..my boyfriend & I kept thinking each time we went that maybe people were just having a bad day & we gave the salespeople several trips back hoping things would get better, but the customer service has deteriorated to the point we will go to other stores where the customer is appreciated..we were in there this past weekend & there was not one other customer in the store & when we walked in, both salespeople looked at us & never asked if they could help us or even as much as a ""hello""..this was to be expected, since this is usually how things are, but I specifically needed charms for my daughter's necklace & my sister a gift..I went over looking at charms on display & the blonde salesgirl proceeded to almost push me out of the way to straighten up the display necklaces never asking if she could help me..she was so rude, that I told my boyfriend that I was done looking & we will never go back!
