Review content:
They constantly put the older babies in the same room as the younger ones. My baby comes home with scratches from other babies all the time. Its not his fault he can't get away from the older baby (I was recently called at work and told that another baby scratched my son while the other baby was taking a toy away from him.) This happened while my baby was sitting in a swing, and so another baby was standing next to the swing and I have witnessed this other baby trying to climb into the swings and bouncer seats while other babies were in it! where was the supervision there??? I know kids are kids and this is minor.. but they are supposed to be in separate room. I really feel they have too few staff. One day my baby got an extra bottle..and it wasn't his! The afternoon staff's response ""Well it was really hectic here today"". NOT a good excuse. there should be no excuses. These are infants they are being trusted with. Hectic is not an excuse for quality care and for, I'm sorry, making sure a baby gets his OWN bottle and not someone elses!
Pros: Staff training
Cons: sometimes the cleaning staff have to give babies their bottles...
