Review content:
The cleaning was on par with what other maid services provide--no better, no worse. The maids were polite and hardworking. Unfortunately, they left three overloaded trash bags in front of my front door, which broke when I picked them up to transport to the dumpster. As a result, my household garbage was blown across my neighborhood. I spent the next hour with a broom and trash bag picking up these items. I later called Molly Maid and reported that this service was not what I paid $167 for. The company owner had absolutely no empathy and said I should be greatful that at least I got the inside of my home cleaned. I mentioned this was not good customer service on their part, but he was not concerned with losing an individual customer. Of note, this is not a criticism of their maids, but instead it is a negative review of the company. FYI-I have tried other maid services on this website and I have not found this disrespect with any other company.
Pros: Maids are hardworking and very nice
Cons: Owners are rude. They will initially promise to ""take care of"" any mistakes or damages, but this is somehow forgotten once they get your money
