Review content:
My experience with Mystic Gardens in San Juan Capistrano was not pleasant. I purchased a water fountain six years ago for about $2,500. During the first four months or so after installation, the fountain would work for a few weeks and then suddenly stop. Mystic Gardens came out a couple times and got it working again. After it became apparent that the problem was chronic, they said that the problem was with our electrical system. I had an electrician come out and he measured the electricity output from the outlet that the fountain was plugged into. He said that the problem couldn't be due to an electrical problem because his equipment showed that electricity was, in fact, reaching the outlet. I called Mystic Gardens and told them this. They continued to maintain that the problem was with our electrical system. After that, they did not respond to my phone calls or letter. The fountain is still in my backyard and has been DRY for five years. I will never do business with them again.
