Mr Swanson is a smooth operator, he takes payment for services provided and says he has not been paid when I have the family's paid invoice/ insurance in my hand and he knows he has been paid. I experienced a well practiced and artful staff as well as Mr Swanson delay, obscure misstate law and keep insurance proceeds not due him and create one of the families he has served allot of extra trouble, lawsuits, possible depostion etc .
