Review content:
This is one of my absolute favorite restaurants in Colorado. The food is perfectly prepared with the freshest ingredients, and unbeleivable flavor and presentation. What I've told everyone I've brought here is that regardless of what you order on this menu, it will be excellent. I've ordered most everything, but here are some favorites:\r
Tom Kha coconut soup - The absolute best I've had. Fresh veggies and mushrooms, perfect flavor and spice.\r
Tofu Curry - they have several kinds of curry, and they are all amazing.\r
Seasame Scallops - Its hard to get this right, yet it is perfect every time. the scallops are firm, but not chewy. The batter maintains its integrity in the sweet and spicey sauce. \r

the only downside is that they don't have a liquor license. otherwise, this place would be overrun. A couple can get in, feast, and leave with a satisfyingly full belly and leftovers that will not remain in the fridge for under $40.
Pros: fresh, flavor, variety, service, easy to get in on any night, lots of parking, always excellent
Cons: no alcohol
