Recently picked up a truck through this dealer...ashamed to say that I should have trusted my instincts on not done the purchase.
Vehicle had its issues includING no lien release...drove around for six weeks on a suspended dealer plate! Which is against the law in NY.
Purchased the vehicle to take on a long road trip for dependable transportation, can't trust it to drive 15 miles without an exhaust tail pipe falling off!
He tells you what you want to hear and then makes you take time out again and again for service work that he can't seem to handle.
NEVER would I recommend that anyone purchase a vehicle from this dealer. Not after having to deal with DMV complaints, the Attorney General's Office and Mr. Hall's arrogant attitude over his mistakes and failures. After dealing with a suspended dealer plate...I WOULDN'T EVEN RECOMMEND A TEST DRIVE OFF HIS LOT!
