I think that this person complaining of rude service must have been at the store on the other side of Route 9. I have had many run-ins with ALL of the staff at that store (which I won't name.) They are definitely rude and snobby. But at Bride's Fantasy, everyone is extremely friendly, courteous, and fun to work with. They do not impose their opinions on any of their customers and do a beautiful job giving the bride and all members of the bridal party exactly what they want, and then some. Their sales staff is extremely helpful and their tailors are the best I have ever seen. I have used this store many, many times, and have sent many, many friends and colleagues to them. Everyone has had nothing but great things to say about them and continue to return to them for their bridal needs, even as guests of other weddings. \r

Please check to make sure that you were not at the ""other"" shop. If there wasn't a fountain in front of the shop, you're talking about the wrong place. Please don't ruin the reputation of a wonderful store with wonderful people in a fit of rage.
