I just arrived in New York from London a few days ago, and was told about Bourbon Street by a good friend. Cajun food never really appealed to me, but their food was brilliant! They really do have something for everyone. I went for a true cajun dish and had the spicy jambalaya, and would recommend it to anyone who wants some spice in their life :] Now ive been quite a few places since ive been here(won't mention any names) but none have compared to Bourbon Street, great food, friendly staff, and a GREAT atmosphere. Try to check it out on mondays too, karaoke night baby! (IF youre into that sort of thing!)
