the service is horrible!!! i called to install parrot 3100, owner quoted $300 with installation and that will take an hour or two to install it. Brought the car in, 2 hours turned to whole day . Finally at 7 pm my car was done parked outside the gate with a big dent! I confronted the owner by she said it was already there ( LIAR !!!) it convenient to blame someone else then to accept their own fk up! Besides in 2-3 month the Parrot system did not work properly I went back to them they said they there is something wrong with my Cell phone Bluetooth. I went to another company they reprogrammed the Parrot for $50 and said that Guarantee Alarm sell most of the stuff refurbished!!
I would not come back there for any services even if the'll pay me to come back. screw you !
