We stopped in at this little dumpy store that is full of hispanic day laborers hanging out which made my wife and I nervous. Little did we know that was the easy part! Once inside there was a couple of salesman sitting around at their desks and seemed to be busy on their cell phones and computers. We looked around and after several minutes we were accosted by a very smelly, sweating, nervous and panting salesman who talked very fast and really did not seem to want to answer our questions.. He seemed more interested in talking about his miserable life than listening to what our desires were and our attempts at eliciting a two way conversation were futile. We were back on the left side of the store by the refrigerators and he had us cornered by the glass storefront with his large body. We literally had to ask him to move down the aisle in order to get by him. He seemed desperate to make a sale but did not seem to know how to handle a potential purchaser in an appropriate way. I believe it might be the same salesman as mentioned in the below post as the name rings a bell. We felt like we had been kidnapped and were held hostage with the salesman rambling on about his adopted kids, photography, his lousy marriage and, increduously, how much his job sucked and what a terrible place Silver City was to work for. He went into detail about how the current people inherited the business and didn't know anything about running the business and how his commissions were lousy and how he wished for the good old days when the father or whomever it was that owned it before could of lived forever. REALLY? We came in for a microwave and ended up so stressed out that we somehow managed to get out of there and escape. We went home and had to unwind for the weekend after spending time in that looney bin! Stay away unless you are a psychiatrist and you need a project!
