Review content:
We had heard that this was a reputable firm, so we set an appointment. We rearranged work schedules weeks in advance to meet ""the only day"" they could meet. Then, they tried to reschedule a few days before. We were open to it, but they could only do about a week from our appointment because their ""chief designer"" would be out of town. We told them that would not be possible, and the kept the original appointment. Then, two hours before the appointment, there was a ""family emergency"" that kept them from coming. The person who called us was clearly at a park or something (lots of kids around...called from a cell phone) and they couldn't send anybody else in the company.
A very frustrating and unprofessional experience. They're not registered with BBBureau (another red flag). Buyer beware! Use somebody else!
