I've known Loa-An since I was 8 years old when my mom would get her nails and eyebrows done here, and she's been doing my eyebrows since I was 11. I'm 21 so I've been a happy client for 10 years.
She has another location in Richmond and my mom and I would travel all the way to Richmond for Brow Waxing...We are very particular about who waxes our brows. But, now Loa-An is available at this location (Fruitvale, Oakland) only on Tuesdays.
