Review content:
I was in hair hell for two -going -on-three days after a highlighting/ lowlighting experience gone horribly wrong on account of toner. My usually blondish hair had become a very depressing gray/green helmet. I was in despair, avoiding people, I couldn't eat or sleep!I was doing lots of internet research about hair disasters and only became more anxious and morose.
Then, through CitySearch I started researching salons in the Sugar Land area to find someone who could help me. I was guided to Salon Gity and William Chow. Within an hour after I called I was at the salon for my helmetectomy, lucky me! I was assured that William was a pro with the chemicals, and indeed he is! He is a Paul Mitchell Educator/specialist, and he used a product called Color Balance to suck that nasty ashy tone right out of my hair! He shampooed it out with a relaxing bonus head-and-neck massage, conditioned, and as he dried my hair, the colors I had been after from the start magically appeared. Honestly, I had been prepared to camp out there for a long process that might not have worked, but I was in and out in less than one hour!
An amazing experience, everything, including my hair, looks a lot brighter.
Pros: All the nice people, excellent service.
Cons: None that I could see.
