I went here before Christmas and used the 20% coupon from online. I thought it would be good bc all the reviews. Wrong, they only probable get customers bc of the reviews, i bet most people dont come back. I got my hair cut, low lite and high lite by Valerie. I was setup by the receptionist over the phone with a oriental man that was 60 yrs old. He did not seem fashion hip at all and when i said something they put me with Valerie, she rushed and seemed frustrated. I overall thought i paid way to much for a mediocre color and cut. nothing was great or special. i would not come back. Sorry i wish it went better. I felt fooled by the reviews.
Pros: looked somewhat nice, they offered drinks
Cons: to pricey, staff not friendly, staff were gossiping way to much in front of me.
