Ft. Bend Toyota is one of the worst car dealerships I have ever been. Al Beck (sales person) was extremely rude, zero honesty ( I know they are sales people but come on!) Avoid him at all cost!!!!!\r
Kept pushing stuff we did not want, and I got to tell you they have serious mathematics problems! (going from 6.9% interest rate to 1.9% on the same base price only change $10 in monthly payment??? really?) \r
If you don't want to waste your time on stupid stuff like this, go to another dealership. Ft. Bend Toyota: PLEASE hire some respectful people preferably with some mathematics skills. Same day as I went to Sterling Mccall, 2 other couples showed up from your place complaining about your service and a rudness of your sales staff. Think about it!
