This dealership doesn't know the concept or meaning of ""valued customer."" They act as if they could not care less if you purchase an automobile from them. I went in on a Thursday and let them know what I was looking for. The exact car I wanted was offered to me. However, it wasn't on their lot at the moment but could be gotten without delay as it was on a local lot. They took me through the time-consuming process of the trade-in appraisal and negotiations and promised the car would be delivered that afternoon.\r \r I went home and waited... and waited... and waited. No one called. By 5 pm I was concerned. I called them and they informed me the car was not there but was promised it would be there bright and early in the morning. The next day I waited again for the call. It never came. I called them at 11 am to check the status and the car still was not there and was not going to be there until, perhaps, Monday if at all. This was all conveyed with without a shred of regret or apology. I'm looking to another dealership now.\r \r Purchasing an automobile is a pretty big deal. It's not like buying a lawn mower. I have never felt my patronage (or my $40,000) to be so insignificant as I did the past couple of days. Take your business elsewhere if you want to feel good about making this major purchase because Fort Bend Toyota really don't care if you buy from them. Pros: Nice building with soda fountain and plenty of seating. Cons: zero customer service
