Review content:
These storage units are over-priced and not such a great value considering what you might go through there. The gate is only accessable limited hours, unless they screw up your code and don't take responsibility for it...\r
I was leaving town indefinitely and there during normal gate hours. I entered my code several times, * # and everything, and couldn't get in the gate to retrieve the final belongings I needed to take with me out of town. I even drove away and came back, trying my code at least 10 times. I called the office from my cell phone to let them know I couldn't get in and wasn't happy about it as I was on a time schedule. They just shrugged it off and told me the code worked when they got there and I must've done something wrong.\r

Another time, they were chalking the parking lot, didn't have any signs up, and yelled obscenities at my pregnant friend for driving through the unmarked lot leaving her crying and shaken. Both incidents were within a 2 week time frame.\r

There are many storage facilities in the Carson City area - better priced, with 24 hour gate access - if I were you I'd certainly go somewhere else...how'd I end up here? A friend referred me and was able to secure the unit for me before my arrival. Next time I'll do my own research!
