Businiess name:  Las Vegas Art Museum

Review content:
\r \r Since David Crosby wrote the first review, this museum has gone through a major revolution. The new Director is Libby Lumpkin (wife of famous art critic and Genius Award winner, David Hickey) has turned the museum into a jewel of high quality contemporary art that never disappoints. My sole criticism is that it seems to be a temple to the young artists that have studied at UNLV under her husband, leaving those artists that did not have the pleasure (and I am the first to admit I one of them!) out in the cold. A bit of sour grapes? Not at all! The museum is the best in Las Vegas, and I am exceedingly happy that Libby Lumpkin has turned this establishment into one that can finally make Las Vegans proud. If you like contemporary art, and only have one opportunity to go to a museum while in Vegas, this is your best stop. Pros: Large, well lit, well designed space, plenty to see, high quality
