Review content:
One of my client directed me to this web site; telling me there were ""terrible reviews"" about this vet e-clinic.\r \r I read the one and only review, and I think the writer used a lot of women-hating terms (referring to the ""ugly females) and did not fairly or accurately describe the quality of medical care received there.\r \r I have professionally used this e-clinic for over 3 years and always found the care given after hours to my clients' pets to be superior. Is it expensive? Yes! It can be! Why? Think about and take into consideration the level of technology, equipment, cost of the building, premium after hours and ""grave shift"" salaries (not to metion the higher than average cost of doing business here in Santa Fe). \r \r There is not a one of us business owners getting filthy rich, especially in the animal business. Combine that with how hard we work, the levels of expectations that our clients expect from us, and the quality of the labor pool we draw upon here in Santa Fe............well: I can see where an ""off night"" could be observed there.\r \r I suggest that others NOT judge the fine work of this e-clinic from the previous reviewer's message, and tp please put everything in perspective. Veterianians and others that work those night hours with traumas and desparately ill pets and their distraught owners are angels on this earth!
