Excellent experience. I had an infrequent vibration noise in my 2010 Acura TL, which I researched as being due to one of three problems. Piazza Acura listened to my concerns (which I had written out) they arranged for an appointment with a loaner. I was called the next day with a progress report - they found the problem in the transmission software. Software upgrade was done and they kept the car another day to re-test (while I had a 2012 TL car loaner). Same service advisor called me the next day with further update. The staff knows me by name and treats me very nicely. Piazza Acura of West Chester runs a very professional operation. They do quality and reliable work that makes it worth it. Also as regards price, they are less expensive than many other dealers. I travel from Delaware to use them and plan to continue to do so. Great car and excellent service!!
