Review content:
My recent experience with Piazza Acura of West Chester was disappointing. I went in looking to purchase a new car - the salesperson, Warren, was polite but did not seem knowledgeable on the process. We also had difficulty getting a good price; the manager was not willing to negotiate even when the market prices were slightly lower. The real disappointment came, however, after giving them a down payment to secure the car we wanted. They assured us they found the model and it was secured with our down payment. A week and a half went by and still no car and no news. Getting a response on my inquiries was difficult. In the end, they told us the car they had found was no longer available and they could not find another one. No satisfactory explanation was given on how they lost control over a vehicle supposedly
