This restaurant is terrific in terms of the food: incredible variety, everything is very, very good. However, the service is attrocious. The wait staff is very rude. Once we arrived just as they were closing and the kid pretty much slammed the door in our faces. I called to complain and the owner or manager DEFENDED him!!! Appalling. Another time I was there and the owner came to talk to someone at their table, which was practically right on top of ours, as you're kind of squeezed in there. He proceeded to describe, in detail, some violent reaction when he'd stopped being a vegetarian. Disgusting. Another time, I was with friends and we hadn't ever gotten something we'd ordered for brunch, and they basically said it was our fault. And that's the last time I went there. They need to do something about this chronic problem, or they're going to lose a lot of business. Shame, because the meals are delicious.
