How about a 0 out of 5 stars. I was beside myself from the first words out of this guys mouth. I called to simply ask if he was open. His first questions over the phone were were who is this?, from where?, what do you want? My wife was near there on business and all I wanted to know is if she can drop our carpet cleaner off and get it repaired. He said he needed the model number so I asked if why we couldn't just drop it off and he could repair it, again, he needed the model nunmber right then and there so he could get the part, period, paragraph. had a Hoover carpet cleaner that needed repair. This guy is the only place within 50 miles. I went in one day after calling. The recording told me the store hours and some other information. The guy was out sick, no problem, mention it on your recording before someone takes the day off and drives over 30 miles to have something repaired! But what do I get when I mentioned I had gone up there on the day he was closed...I get, well excuse me, I was sick for two weeks with the flu!. So in a nutshell, I didn't get to finish my sentance, I told the guy he didn't need to be a jerk about the whole thing so he calls me the jerk and I hang up on this jackwagon! I'll now drive over 70 miles to get my cleaner repaired to avoid this a**hole! This I why I've lost faith in our society. Next call is the Better Business Bureau!
