had been going to this restaurant on and off since I was a little girl. Always had fond memories of it, until now. I have never experienced such incompetant management. Somehow, they mixed-up my credit card number with another party's and charged me over $1000 for a stranger's event. While I understand that mistakes do happen, that was a week ago. I am still waiting to be refunded. Their manager Michael, never called to follow up. I had to basically track him down to discuss the mistake and when I did, he was very unhelpful and blasé that his restaurant had managed to wipe out my entire checking account. The best he could do to rectify the situation was offer me free sodas ( about 12 warm cans on a table with a bucket of ice) and waving the room charge ($25 bucks); and that was after I demanded some sort of compensation. He had no real answers and barely apologized. It was as if this was his first day on the job. I'm stunned that this longtime establishment is in the hands of such an inept individual. If you're booking a party here, beware. And if you own the establishment, consider a change in staffing.
If there was a way to give this restaurant 0 or negative stars, I would.
Pros: if you enjoy butter in everything, this is your place
