Review content:
Well, the issue here, other than being an unproffesional, unappealing business, is that they are have a problem with telling the truth. I made an appointment for some work on a Saturday and when I got there, I was told that I made a mistake because I was supposed to call the day before and reconfirm (which wasn't true). I asked them to order a battery, which they were certain it would be in by no later than 2-3 days. On the fourth day I asked where the battery was. I had the impression that they didn't order the battery. Rather than tell me that they forgot to place the order (forgiveable offence), they told me it would take another 2-3 days. When I asked how much the battery was that they ordered, they starting digging through order books to try to find a price.\r

The bottom line is that if I can't trust what they are telling me or doing, then why would I give them my bike with a key. Very unproffesional, no parts stock, no confidence in their ability. I suggest try somewhere else.
