Review content:
Writing reviews is not something I am in a habit of doing. Although, I usually review them before using a service.\r
I am trying to relocate with my family back to Berks Co. after 5 years. I have recently been layed off from my job, which enables me(with my 1 year old son) to have the time to find an apt. to rent while my partner is working long hours in Bucks Co. I thought a realitor would be a great idea to help in the search and thought the properties would be in better condition. The properties were nice, but don't look for good service from this one! I called Binkley Jr. realitor and spoke to Jennifer on the phone. I explained my situation and asked if I could go see properties I was interested in. I explained that my partner is working long hours and because of a company policy at his place of employment, can not take any time off without 2 weeks notice without possible consequences. She said that was fine.\r
So, I pack my 1 year old up(with one of my parents) and head off on my search. When I found a property I was interested in, I asked if I could take the application back to Bucks Co. with me, have my partner fill it out and he would try to make the 5 o'clock deadline to drive it all the way back. I was then informed that this was not possible because HE had to look at the property before going any further. I wish she would have explained that to me BEFORE I wasted my time. When I asked about weekend hours, she laughed it off and told me that THEY also like to spend time with THEIR families. I was appalled! I can appreciate her concern for her family, but so much for the families of the people they are trying to serve. I've worked for 20 years in customer service-based jobs, so I know a little about it. So much for theirs. \r
The funny part is that we are looking to buy a property in the next 2 years. So, needless to say, I would never consider using this realitor for anything. What a HUGE disappointment!!
